National Individual and Stableford Golf Championship 2025
Fulford Golf Club
7-9 July 2025
We are delighted to share the highlights of our recent golf competition, which welcomed 111 enthusiastic and talented players to the pristine fairways of Fulford Golf Club for the National Singles. The event was a true celebration of sportsmanship, community, and love for the game.
Our sincere gratitude goes to Fulford Golf Club for hosting us with such professionalism and care. The course was in immaculate condition, offering both challenge and charm to our competitors. A big thank you to the entire staff, the grounds crew, clubhouse team, catering professionals, and everyone behind the scenes for ensuring everything ran smoothly and participants felt well cared for throughout the day.
To each of the 111 players who teed it up: thank you for your commitment, energy, and good humour. Your presence brought the competition to life, and we’re pleased to report that the event ran without a single disqualification, a testament to the respect shown for the game and one another.
We also trialled the WHS version of Handicap Master, which proved to be a great success. It significantly streamlined the organisational process and helped ensure a fair and smooth running of the competition. We look forward to using it in future events.
Congratulations to our winners and every player who contributed to the spirit of the event. We look forward to welcoming you back for future competitions!

What a fantastic 3 days at the amazing Fulford Golf Club.
109 players, competing for this year's event, the course was in magnificent condition, tough and testing course but very playable for all.

The par 3 sponsors Neil Spratt, Paul Clark, Simon Wilkinson, Dave Hunt, there support is much appreciated..
I would like to thank Adam, Steve, Dave, Tal, Kevin Ronan, Tim Leddy, Grant Morrow and Peter Gilby for all their help over the 3 days.
We raised £2050 for the 4 ball voucher at Hillside GC, this is another show of your unwavering support to the Firefighters Charity and lost Brother Brian Kendall, this amazing amount of money will be split 50/50 and will be well received by both charities. Well done to the winner Lee Lee Schofield.
Finally, the winners, well done to all the winners, some great scores, played on a difficult golf course..
